2.1 How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at DAMOY is easy:
- Use the CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links. You can also shop directly by designer.
- Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'CART' link at the top of the page.
- Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
2.2 How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
2.3 What's Damoy's shipping policy?
Damoy offers free international shipping on orders over €600. In the EU we offer free shipping on orders over €250. Orders placed before 2 p.m. on business days will be shipped the same day.
3.1 What payment methods does Damoy accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL and Mister Cash. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.
4 Exchanges & Returns
4.1 How can I return my purchase?
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Damoy and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

4.2 How do I receive my refund?
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Damoy account.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Damoy. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
